TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT: 50% deposit is required to book. Deposit must be paid in order to secure your date and time of shoot you inquired and the remaining balance is due the day of shoot.If full payment has not been received after the shoot is over, your photos will be delayed until final payment is submitted. 

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHOD: Cashapp, Paypal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash

You have 90 days from receipt to book your session or you will have to pay another 50% deposit.

LATE FEE: Please be on time! An additional $15 surcharge will be added for every 15 minutes client is late to the session. The session end time will not be extended to accommodate client tardiness. If the client is more than 45 minutes late to their session. The appointment is considered canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be a surcharge fee of another 50% deposit to rebook a new session.

RESCHEDULING FEE; $50.00 rescheduling fee added to final payment 

NO CALL/NO SHOW; No call/no show forfeits your deposit (No Refund) and you will have to pay another 50% deposit to rebook.

EDITING/RETOUCHING: Once you send back the images you want to be edited; please note to the photographer any specific retouches. Retouches can include: eliminating under-eye bags, light or heavy skin retouching, tattoo removal, body sculpting, etc. If not specified I will give a general retouch. If the client requests additional retouching after edited copies have dispersed to them and/or has made the error of sending the wrong images for retouching; in order to fulfill that request, there will be an additional cost applied. If you request additional edits, the payment transaction must be fulfilled via invoice or card on file. if not you will only receive the number of edits that came with your package. If you later decide to purchase an additional edit(s), the turnaround time will begin at that date request is made for the specific image(s). The turnaround time starts once selected photos for editing are submitted to me via email. Standard turnaround takes up to 5-7 business days excluding holidays. Rush order are 1-2 days turn around. Rush orders fee applies to the first set of requested photos. If later on, you request for additional edits and would want a 1-2 days turnaround time, you would have to pay for a new "rush order" fee otherwise turn around will be the standard 3-10 business days.

TRAVEL FEE: Transportation fees will be implanted for ANY and ALL offsite locations. The parking fee is expected to be taken care of by the client. The client must ensure they have received the appropriate permission to shoot at desired locations.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Failure to cancel 48 hours before the session, or unable to make an appearance for ANY reason(s); there will be a surcharge fee of $75. If the client cancels a session less than 48 hours from the original session time. The client has a one-time opportunity to reschedule their session; which must take place within 30 days of the original appointment. After the 30 days deadline has passed; the client will need to rebook a new session with the required deposit. No notice from the client via email or Instagram direct message or no show will be a surcharge another 50% deposit. If a Photographer(s) is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the services specified, the Photographer(s) and Videographer(s) will try to book a replacement Photographer(s) . If Photographer(s) are unavailable and a replacement cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. The Photographer(s) have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your photos and video. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of photo and video supplied. BAD/ADVERSE WEATHER: If there is bad weather on the day of your shoot, terms can be agreed upon with the Photographer at the agreement of the commission in advance of the shoot. A cloudy, gloomy forecast is not ideal lighting for outdoor photoshoots. It is at the client's discretion if they wish to move forward with the session. Please note that photos may differ from other outdoor sessions on my portfolio. Refer to a liable weather source at least 48 hours before your shoot to avoid such conditions.

This contract also serves as a model release. The client grants the Photographer the right to use all images and footage without restriction for advertising, portfolios, and other lawful purposes. The client waives the right to inspect any images produced using the images or footage from the events in this contract, and the right to restrict the use of the images or footage from the listed events by the photographer. 

COPYRIGHT POLICY: All photographs/footage are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer in accordance with United States Copyright Laws. The client hereby waives any rights to intellectual property ownership, monetization, or reproduction of the images and footage created by the photographer, with the exception of the terms of any formal written releases provided to the client by the photographer. By agreeing to these terms & conditions, the photographer does grant the client the right to print images for personal or family use. The photographer grants the client the right to publish photographs on social media with/without credit. If the client wishes to use images/footage for commercial, multimedia advertising, sale, etc.... the photographer will provide the documentation and invoice for such matters. The client may present this contract to photo printing companies if they request authorization from the photographer. If for any reason you choose to end the session early, full payment is still required. Any damage done to the studio or property is subject to fees for compensation. All sales are FINAL!
